Returns : exchanges & refunds
We hope you love your purchase, but just in case you don't, please contact us (email@example.com) immediately. We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund for items you are returning. Just email us with the title 'return' and let us know your order number and the items you wish to return. We will email you back with a return form.
Please return the items within 14 days from the date you received them, in unworn/unused/unwashed items in its original packaging. We pack and send each item with care and love and would like to receive all items back in the same condition.
Unfortunately we can not accept any returns (including faulty or damaged goods) after 14 days of receipt.
Please note that we do not refund sale items (excluding promotional events) unless they are faulty. We will, however, be more than happy to provide an exchange for another item.
If you decide to exchange your item for another item you must first contact us to confirm the replacement item is available and that the exchange is eligible.
If your items arrives faulty or damaged, please email us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a photo if possible. You will have 14 days to return your item and receive a full refund.
The cost of return shipping and re-shipping the exchanged goods are not covered by us, and remains the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or incorrect items.
Refunds will be for the total sum of your purchase minus delivery costs.
All refund for the returned items will be issued via the previous payment method you used.
HOW TO RETURN
Email email@example.com and let us know your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason within 14 days of receipt. If eligible for a return, we will send you a return form which must be completed, printed and posted back with your return.
If we are able to exchange the items for you, you will be required to send the returning items+return form with a prepaid self addressed satchel for us to send the new items back to you. Please ensure you send the correct size satchel as we can not be held responsible for satchel corrections or rejected parcels from Australia Post.
please note : If you forget to send a prepaid self addressed satchel to us, we might ask you to charge the cost of re-shipping by using PayPal.
We recommend you send your items back to us in an Australian Post red prepaid satchel with tracking number so you know your parcel being returned. If it is lost on its way without a tracking number, unfortunately we can't compensate your lost items.
